An Instant Payment System (IPS) allows payment transactions to be made 24/7/365 via bank accounts using simplified identifiers (FIN code, mobile number, e-mail) and the money is immediately credited to the recipient's bank account.

To take advantage of this feature, simply download the IBA mobile application and follow the instructions in the video tutorial.

Now anyone can get a VAT refund by downloading the IBA mobile application of the International Bank of Azerbaijan or through the edvgerial.ibar.az portal. You shoud not wait 90 minutes to read the QR code or enter the fiscal ID.
