You will have an apartment for AZN300 000 and if necessary a higher amount, with a minimum down payment of 15% and a loan term of up to 20 years.

What are the conditions for obtaining an Internal mortgage?

  • Are there any limits on the loan amount and term?

The loan can be taken for a period of up to 20 years with a maximum of AZN300 000.

  • Is a commission fee required?

The commission fee is 1%.

  • What are the requirements for monthly loan repayment?

Monthly loan repayment is made on an annuity basis.

  • Is there a guarantee?

There is no guarantee.

  • Is there a collateral requirement?

The acquired property will be considered as collateral for the loan. If the acquired property is without an extract, with the pledge of real estate with another extract.
